Heroin: A National Problem

Heroin has been in the news lately, due to the string of related deaths in Southwestern PA.  While those deaths have been traced to the toxicity of the heroin being used, there is no doubt that heroin-related overdose deaths are on the rise.  This article, especially its charts, illustrates the depths of the problem.
